What to Include in an RFQ
A complete RFQ helps us review feasibility, cost, and lead time accurately. Please include:
- Product type: power adapter, charger, power supply, or related power product.
- Specifications: input voltage, output voltage, output current, power rating, plug type, connector type, cable length, housing preference, and any efficiency or protection requirements.
- Quantity: estimated annual volume and first-order quantity. Typical MOQ is 500–1,000 pcs, depending on customization.
- Target market: destination country or region, required certifications, language for labels and manuals, and packaging needs.
- Branding: logo, private-label artwork, model naming, and label requirements, if applicable.
- Timeline: target sample date, production date, and any launch schedule.
Sample Policy
Samples are available for qualified B2B projects. Sample cost, tooling, and freight are discussed based on the customization level, quantity, and shipping destination. For simple adaptations of existing platforms, sampling can often move faster than for fully custom housing or new tooling. After sample approval, mass production follows the agreed specification, inspection plan, and purchase order. Certificates available upon request.
